1 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 avocado 1 cup almond milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp spirulina powder (optional) Toppings: fresh blueberries, desiccated coconut, homemade granola
Blend the ingredients together until smooth. I find add 1/2 cup milk at a time helps to get the right thickness for a smoothie bowl. Add more milk if you prefer a smoothie and don't forget to add your favorite toppings.
