Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Makes 2-3 serves

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup brown rice syrup

1/4 cup almond milk (or other dairy free milk)

1 tsp vanilla extract


Topping:

sprinkle of cacao powder, and 85% dark chocolate shavings


Method

Add all the ingredients to a good blender or food processor and process until smooth. Then place in the fridge for an hour or until cold. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cacao and dark chocolate shavings. It's that simple
