Dry Ingredients: 200g Coconut, shredded 100g Macadamias, roughly chopped 100g Almonds, roughly chopped 100g Pecans, roughly chopped 40g Sesame Seeds 40g Hemp or Chia Seeds 60g Pumpkin Seeds
Wet Ingredients: 100g coconut oil, melted 4 Tbsp honey (or brown rice syrup) 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. In a separate bowl combine all the wet ingredients and spices until all combined. 4. Mix the wet mixture with the dry ingredients folding until the dry ingredients are completely coated. 5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden, occasionally stirring mixture.
