1 cup frozen raspberries ½ frozen banana (optional) ½ ripe avocado 1 tsp coconut oil 2 tsp coconut yoghurt 2 cups coconut milk 1 tsp chia seeds Optional add-ins: vanilla protein powder, ½ TSBP nut butter, 1 tsp honey/maple syrup/brown rice syrup

Method:
