Raspberry chocolate Bliss Balls

Makes 25 Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp cacao powder
12 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
1 cup frozen raspberries
Toppings:
Melted 85% dark chocolate, either drizzle over or coat the bliss balls completely and place in freezer to firm up.
Method
Place all the ingredients except the raspberries into a food processor and process on high until the mixture resembles a fine crumb. Add the raspberries and process again until it is well combined. Form the mixture into balls I used a dsp spoon measure (next one up from tsp) and then place them into the fridge or freezer to set. Top with melted 85% dark chocolate, and store in the freezer.
