Snickers Bliss Balls

Makes 20 Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup dry roasted cashews
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp brown rice syrup
6 Tbsp peanut butter
3 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until the mixture comes together. Do not over process so that you still get some small nut chunks in there. To form the balls use a Tbsp measure to scoop out the mixture and then roll the mixture into balls. I find slightly wetting your hands now and then makes the rolling easier. Place the bliss balls on a baking tray and then into the fridge for 1 hour to harden. Store in the fridge/freezer in an airtight container.
