V - GF - DF - EF - SF
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp freshly grated turmeric root (can substitute ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup almond milk (add more if it is too thick
2 Tsp chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If you want to make a thinner smoothie, use fresh mango, pineapple, and banana, and 1 cup of almond milk.
